GENERAL INFOMRATIONS
These General Conditions of Sale discuss how shop.dialogausili.com handles the online purchase of Technical and IT Aids, managed by Dialog Ausili S.R.L., headquarters in Marrubiu (OR), Via Praga 20 – 09094, VATIN and fiscal code IT01174680957. Every purchase operation will be regulated according to the instructions of Decreto Legislativo 22 maggio 1999, n. 185, and Decreto Legislativo 6 settembre 2005, n. 206.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sale contracts of the products on shop.dialogausili.com are considered concluded when the customer’s purchase order is delivered to Dialog Ausili S.R.L and the latter accepts it. Dialog Ausili S.R.L. will immediately send the customer the receipt of the customer’s order. The customer, by sending a telematic submission of their purchase order, declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale and to follow and respect them during the dealings with Dialog Ausili S.R.L.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS:
The prices listed on shop.dialogausili.com do not include VAT. The prices that do include VAT will be calculated in the “Cart” section of the site. The prices and availability listed on the site are only valid while supplies last and they may change, with no prior notice, due to market or other reasons.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
All the orders received on shop.dialogausili.com will be sent in 1 to 3 days whether the products are available in stock, while products out of stock might take up to 30 working days to be sent.
Shipping within Italy takes 3 working days.
Shipping outside of Italy takes XXXXXXXX.
The products will be delivered with DHL.
RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS:
The purchased product and its bill will be delivered via courier to the address that the customer had specified in the online order. In case the product cannot be delivered due to the absence of the recipient at said address, the courier will notify you and will retry once more. If the recipient is absent for a long period of time, the product will be delivered back to the sender (Dialog Ausili S.R.L.).
When receiving the product:
- Check the condition of the packaging, making sure that it is intact and that all you have purchased is inside
- If the package is damaged, notify the defects to the courier. If no defect has been reported when accepting the package, asking for a refund might not be possible.

HOW TO PURCHASE:
The customer purchases the product at the indicated price, to which the delivery costs will be added and shown on the site. Before sending the order request, the unit cost of each product, the total cost and the delivery cost will be shown. Once the order request has been sent, the customer will receive an email from Dialog Ausili S.R.L. to confirm that the order request has been received. The email will also include the information about the main characteristics of the purchased device, the detailed price list, the delivery cost, applicable taxes, the payment method and a link to these general conditions of sale and to the information about the right of withdrawal, its conditions and how to exercise.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case the customer is not satisfied with the received product, they can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a registered mail (no later than 14 days after receiving the product) to Dialog Ausili S.R.L. via Praga 20, 09094 Marrubiu (OR), stating the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal and listing the purchased products, order number, order date and the data of the current bank account where to make the refund.
Once stated to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the received product in all its parts (no later than 14 days) at their own expenses, including the attached documents during delivery.
We will not accept returned products that are damaged, deteriorated or lacking the original accessories.
Once the whole process has been verified, the refund will be made no later than 30 working days.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Every product marketed by Dialog Ausili S.R.L. is under a 24 months warranty for lack of conformity, as stated by D.Lgs. n. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo).

The warranty covers all the products that, due to manufacturing defects, are impossible to use.
The warranty DOES NOT cover products that are damaged (willingly or unwillingly) by the user.
